What you’ll do
Create smart, memorable content to move Fetch’s brand forward and to engage new & existing partners.

  • Tell brand stories through carefully crafted presentations, one sheets and other support materials.
  • Design content for a range of B2B communications, with a strong, primary focus on presentation building, versioning and maintenance. 
  • Own company slide decks to be used in high-profile meetings, including board meetings, investor meetings and company town halls.
  • Transform stakeholders’ notes and ideas into developed, easy-to-follow narratives and slides.
  • Establish easy-to-use templates, infographics, icon systems, etc.
  • Support creative leads in generating elite B2B work that is reflective of a world-class tech company.
  • Work within and push Fetch’s established B2B visual identity.
  • Execute digital ads, case studies, video graphics, web content, event creative and more, when time allows and needs arise.

How you’ll do it

  • Concept, design, iterate, and revise pixel-perfect(ish) projects based on provided direction and feedback.
  • Seek out opportunities for design elevation throughout Fetch’s portfolio of creative work.
  • Demonstrate dedication to diversity, inclusion, and representation.
  • Regular communications with collaborators to ensure alignment.
  • Keep on top of trends in content, storytelling, and best design practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of app features and business developments.
  • Provide opinions and points-of-view about the best approach to each project.

Who you’ll work with
Work closely with Fetch’s marketing, product, corporate and sales teams.

  • Embedded within the B2B marketing team, you’ll work alongside writers, marketers, leadership, and sales to run at core initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative team peers – writers, illustrators, motion designers, graphic designers, creative leadership, & project manager.
  • Work with Fetch leadership, Partner Development and New Business teams to understand objectives, target specific audiences, and evaluate design outcomes.
  • Educate colleagues on how to use templates, best practices and how to reach out for assistance.
  • Support the initiatives of design & illustration leadership, and other marketing teams.

Skills we believe you need for this position: 

  • 3+ years graphic design experience with strong examples of slide deck & presentation design.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to deliver assets that meet the sales team’s needs.
  • Transform insights & strategy into excellent creative output.
  • Ability to turn anything from cocktail napkin doodles to long form copy into powerful, cohesive content.
  • Visual problem solving (across a variety of media)
    • Infographics
    • Illustration (Use of vector formatted designs)
    • Incorporating photography in designs
    • Refined typography & layout
  • Fluent in the tools our team uses most
    • Presentation generating programs: Google Slides (primary) & PowerPoint 
    • Adobe Creative Cloud software
  • Understanding & designing for specific audiences.
  • Collaborative spirit
    • Values & welcomes feedback
    • Willing & able to ask questions and seek suggestions from teammates
    • Capable of articulating design rationale and making insightful recommendations

Compensation: 

At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $82,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
